Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Who we are and what this site is

Albirroja.com is a sports entertainment platform operated in play-money (FUN) mode. The balances, plays and prizes shown on the site are symbolic values with no legal tender: they do not represent money, are not convertible into money or crypto-assets, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred to third parties or exchanged for goods or services.

Accordingly, using Albirroja.com does not constitute a bet under article 2 of Paraguay’s Law 1016/1997, as amended by Law 7438/2025, because there is no financial stake by the user and no patrimonial risk. The site does not operate games of chance and does not, as of today, require a concession from the National Gaming Commission (CONAJZAR).

If any feature ever moves to real money, those terms will be published separately and in advance, and that mode will only be offered under the applicable concession or licence.

2. No connection with the Paraguayan Football Association

Albirroja.com is a private, independent site. It has no relationship, association, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with the Paraguayan Football Association (APF), with the Paraguayan national football team, with CONMEBOL, with FIFA, or with any club, league, federation or sporting body.

The word «albirroja» is used in its ordinary Paraguayan sense, as a colloquial reference to the national colours. Third-party trade marks, crests and names that may appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for informational or descriptive purposes only.

Sporting results, statistics and odds shown are informational and may contain errors, delays or interruptions. They must not be used as an official source or as the basis for any financial decision.

3. Who may use the site

Use is permitted to persons aged eighteen (18) or over. On registering, the user declares that they meet that age and are the holder of the data they provide. We reserve the right to request identity verification and to suspend accounts where there are well-founded indications that this requirement is not met.

It is prohibited to use the site on behalf of another person, to create more than one account per person, or to employ automated programs, extensions or any technical means intended to alter the operation of the game, the results or the balances.

We reserve the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where the site’s offering could be contrary to local rules.

4. The account and its security

Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account. If they suspect unauthorised access, they must report it immediately through the site’s contact channels.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, on reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion or manipulation, or where a competent authority so requires. Where the suspension does not relate to an ongoing investigation, the reason will be given.

A user may request permanent closure of their account at any time. Closure does not delete records we are legally obliged to keep, nor data needed to handle claims or requests from authorities.

5. How plays and results work

Every game decision —the generation of random numbers or outcomes, the validation of plays and the calculation of prizes— is made on our servers. What the browser displays is a representation of that decision, not the decision itself: no change made on the user’s device alters the outcome.

In case of any discrepancy between what the screen shows and what our systems record, the server records prevail. An obvious display, odds or settlement error may be corrected, with notice to the affected person.

A confirmed play cannot be cancelled on request. We may void plays and reverse their effects where they arose from a manifest error, a technical failure or conduct prohibited by these terms.

6. Interruptions, changes and liability

The service is provided «as is». We aim for continuous availability, but it may be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, connectivity outages or causes beyond our control.

Because the site operates solely with play-money balances, no patrimonial loss arises from the loss of a game balance. Nothing in this clause limits liability that Paraguayan law declares non-waivable, in particular towards the consumer under Law 1334/1998.

We may amend these terms. Changes are published on this page with their version date, and substantial changes are also notified within the site. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law, complaints and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Before turning to the courts, a user may submit their complaint through the site’s contact channels; we undertake to respond within a reasonable time.
